The Lawrence Public School is divided into units called " Houses" and every class is allotted a new house every year in the new session.
The purpose of our House system is aimed at holistic development of students by inculcating the spirit of team work and healthy competition through various activities.
The House system is divided into four houses namely PRAGATI(blue house), JAGRITI(green house), SANSKRITI(red house) and SHAKTI (yellow house) to promote positive behaviour and a sense of belonging.
The system is fully managed and coordinated by the HOUSE MASTERS who plan all the competitions round the corner. Each house has an Incharge ,Vice Incharge and Activity Incharge to look after the house activities.
The school conducted an array of events and competitions for different categories of classes 1st to 12th in order to harness and sharpen the skills of the students.
The highlights of the events were the enthusiasm and zeal with which the students showcased their hidden talent and skills.
These events fostered healthy competition, encouraged critical thinking and provided a platform for students to articulate their views effectively.
The competitions included English and Hindi Debate, English and Hindi Declamation, Character Depiction, Show And Tell, Hindi and English Poem Recitation.
